Please read this membership agreement carefully before signing up to be a member of Greenredeem, the provider of the scheme.  

This Agreement sets out the terms of the contract between Greenredeem Limited (“us”, “our”, “we” or “Greenredeem”) and each member of the scheme (“you” or “your”).   

Working in partnership, Greenredeem provides digital behaviour change platforms that encourage and incentivise individuals to make sustainable lifestyle choices. It partners with organisations to promote environmental activities and complement their sustainability efforts.   

Greenredeem’s campaigns are designed to raise awareness and educate in a fun and engaging way, while also recognising and rewarding improvements to drive participation in addressing climate change.   

We provide you with opportunities to earn Points for engaging with campaign activities and [where applicable] measured improvements. These “Points” can be redeemed to enter competitions and prize draws or can be donated to good causes when made available through Greenredeem. Separate terms and conditions apply for each activity. See each activity for further details.   

You can earn “Points” through Site engagement and/or participation in programmes locally made available to you by your sponsoring partner.   

In this Agreement, the following terms are used and will have the meanings set out below. 

Before reading the Membership Agreement, please take time to study the table the below which outlines the definitions used within the document: 

Account 

means the personal account created for you following registration to which your Points will be credited.  

Agreement 

means these terms and conditions 

Greenredeem Membership 

means your membership with Greenredeem under which you are rewarded with Points when using the site and after you have accepted the Membership agreement terms.  

Waste and Recycling Programme 

means the separate rewards programme offered in conjunction with a local authority’s residential waste collection service.  

Water Efficiency Programme 

means the separate rewards programme offered in conjunction with your local water company to motivate householders to use less water.  

Carbon Reduction Programme 

means the separate rewards programme for reducing your carbon footprint.  

Workplace Scheme 

means the separate rewards programme offered by organisations to raise awareness of all areas of the environment, health and wellbeing, and targets relating to the specific organisation.  

Member Content 

means any content, text, pictures, profile information, visual or audio data uploaded to the Site by you or other members.  

Points 

means our virtual currency “points” awarded to you by us for taking approved everyday green actions under the terms of this Agreement.  

Programme or scheme 

means the programme or scheme operated by Greenredeem allowing you to collect Points in exchange for taking approved everyday green actions, including participating in the said titled Programme or Scheme.  

Reward Partners 

means selected local and national organisations that provide incentives to recycle.  

Rewards 

mean incentives to recycle as provided by the Reward Partners from time to time as displayed on our Site 

Site 

means website address or app 

Smartphone Apps 

means the official Greenredeem smartphone application(s) available for supported mobile devices. 

Spin the Wheel 

Meaning a spinning wheel, which rewards you for participation. To earn a Wheel spin, you must complete the current weeks activities on the site which will give you one spin per week. 

EcoBit 

Means our secondary virtual currency “EcoBits”. EcoBits are a prize on our wheel spin. You can earn half (0.5) or whole (1.0) EcoBits on the wheel. When you have enough EcoBits you can exchange them for a voucher or gift card 

Scratchcard 

Meaning a virtual scratch card. These cannot be purchased with points or currency but is used an engagement tool to encourage participation.   

Donation 

Meaning to donate your points to a charity or school. You can exchange your points and donate them to a cause to help then win a grant. No currency is used to do this. 

1. Introduction   

1.1 This Agreement is a legal document and has been designed to reflect the way the Greenredeem Membership operates.   

1.2 This Agreement will form the basis of your rights and obligations with Greenredeem in connection with your Greenredeem Membership you have applied to us for.   

1.3 By applying to register for the Programme or Scheme you agree to the terms of this Agreement, and you understand your obligation to us.   

1.4 If you require any further information in connection with your Greenredeem account or your Greenredeem Membership please contact the Customer Care Department via email at customercare@Greenredeem.co.uk. We aim to respond to all member enquiries within 72 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. This support is strictly limited to Account holders or prospective Account holders.  

2. Registration   

2.1 To register for membership, you must be 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom.   

2.2 To apply for an Account you must register through our site. When applying you will need to provide personal information about yourself which will be processed in accordance with section 10 of this Agreement. Any information that you provide should be accurate and not untrue or misleading. If we suspect that any information supplied by you during the registration process is or was untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may, at our sole discretion and without limitation, suspend or cancel your membership application, cancel any Points earned and/or Rewards ordered, and refuse current or future access to our Site and/or the Programme.   

2.3 Whilst we aim to approve Account applications where possible, Accounts are issued at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to decline any Account application without liability to you or to terminate this Agreement in accordance with section 15.   

2.4 It is mandatory to subscribe to our email communications when creating a Greenredeem account. You can opt out of receiving specific emails at any time by changing your preferences from the “Email settings” tab within the “My account settings” section on your member dashboard.   

2.5 Members who wish to participate in Programmes/Schemes must actively opt-in when they register with us on the Site.   

2.6 To participate in the Waste and Recycling Programme or Water Efficiency Programme you must reside at the property from which you are seeking to claim Points. This only applies to residential properties that operate a local authority waste collection service or partnering water company.   

2.7 Carbon Reduction and Workplace programmes do not need to provide the same level of personal data, as your acceptance is pre-determined by your sponsor. We only require minimal information to process your registration, such as a Name, email address and password. 

2.8 If there are multiple Members located at a single postal address, the first Member residing at that address to register for the Waste and Recycling Programme, or Water Efficiency Programme will be entitled to receive Points credited under the Waste and Recycling Programme, or Water Efficiency Programme.  

3. Account Security   

3.1 You are solely responsible for all actions that take place on your Account and for keeping your username and password private and secure.   

3.2 To help keep your account secure, we have several tools available to all members of the site. Our password policy ensures that all passwords much be a minimum of 8 characters and must contain 1 Uppercase Letter, 1 Lowercase Letter, 1 Number and 1 Symbol. You must create a unique password, that you do not use for any other site or service to help keep your account secure. 

3.3 Two-factor authentication is also available for all members. Enabling you to connect and secure your account by linking to a third party authentication app, meaning that you will need your secondary device to login to the site. 

3.4 If you suspect that your account may have been accessed by someone other than yourself, you should notify us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation of your Account for fraud prevention reasons in accordance with section 15.  

 

4. Conditions of Membership

4.1 Your Greenredeem Membership and Account are conditional on the following conditions being fulfilled at all times:  

4.1.1 You have registered, providing us with a valid email address, and have accepted the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.  

4.1.2 You have complied with all terms and conditions relating to our Programmes and any other services operated by Greenredeem.  

4.1.3 You have not sought to acquire or redeem Points in any way inconsistent with this Agreement or the spirit of the Programmes.  

4.1.4 Your Account has either collected or spent Points in the previous twelve (12) months.  

4.1.5 You do not have more than one account.  

4.1.6 You have complied with all other terms of this Agreement.  

4.1.7 You are participating in a scheme accessible at your location and/or sponsor. 

 

5. Our Rights Under this Agreement

5.1 We reserve the right to monitor your Account at any time to assess its compliance with this Agreement and for researching trends which may enable us to provide suitable campaign themes, activities and Rewards to you.   

5.2 We may at our sole discretion and without notice to you:  

5.2.1 Change the number of Points required to redeem a Reward.  

5.2.2 Revise the points awarded for the Waste and Recycling Programme or Water Efficiency Programme due to fluctuation of recycling or water market factors.  

5.2.3 Change the list of Rewards and/or Reward Partners available.  

5.2.4 Change the name of the currency from “Points” and “EcoBits”, add additional currencies, and determine the value of any new currency as compared to the original Points.  

5.2.5 Make a free entry into our prize draw on your behalf.   

5.3 We are not responsible for Member Content, but reserve the right to monitor, alter, edit, or remove any Member Content in whole or in part, refuse to accept any Member Content, or disclose any Member Content to legal bodies as necessary.  

 

6. Points and Redemptions

6.1 The Programme allows you to earn Points for recycling accepted items both at home (through our Waste and Recycling Programme) and for using less water (through our Water Efficiency Programme), along with other activities we may publicise on our Site or notify to you at any time.   

6.2 Points will be awarded for the items recycled through the Waste and Recycling Programme. We take reasonable care to ensure all marketing and promotional recycling rates are accurate. By continuing with the transaction, you agree and accept the Points awarded for the relevant transaction.   

6.3 Points can only be earned when the member has identified themselves by signing into an official Greenredeem programme or scheme.   

6.4 For those Members who also earn points through our Waste and Recycling Programme:  

6.4.1 Where your local authority recycling containers are equipped with an RFID tag, Points will be credited to your Account for each complete kilogramme of approved recyclable items collected using the recycling containers allocated to you by your local authority. Points will be credited within 5 working days of collection.  

6.4.2 Where your local authority recycling containers are not equipped with an RFID tag, Points will be credited to your Account each time you confirm recycling using the Waste and Recycling Programme, limited to once per week.   

6.5 All Points awarded for the Waste and Recycling Programme are limited to a maximum amount per property per calendar month. Members are encouraged to monitor their recycling levels to maximise their Points within this limit.   

6.6 Additional bonus Points may be awarded at the end of each calendar month to Members who participate in specific activities, or for prolonged streaks of activity and engagement. Details of the community bonus Points are available on request.   

6.7 For those Members who also earn points through our Water Efficiency Programme:  

6.7.1 Members with a smart meter will earn Points by using less water at home, measured against a pre-determined baseline. Points are awarded weekly based on water usage data provided by your local water company.  

6.7.2 All households in the smart meter programme will have a baseline water usage, initially calculated using historical data and appraised weekly. If household consumption changes significantly, the baseline will be updated in the Member Account area.  

6.7.3 Greenredeem may occasionally increase or decrease the number of points awarded for using less water, particularly during times of water scarcity. These changes will be communicated to members and automatically updated in the Points award.  

6.7.4 Additional points-earning opportunities will be available to members of the Water Efficiency Programme, with details communicated on the site.  

6.7.5 A points cap applies to the points accrued through the Water Efficiency Programme for water savings at home.   

6.8 Points may also be awarded for completing gamified activities such as pledges, and quizzes, watching a short film, or interacting with us via social networking websites. Additional points may be awarded for specific activities or prolonged streaks of activity and engagement. Points for each activity will be communicated before the activity and credited to your Account after completion.   

6.9 All Points credited to your Account:  

6.9.1 are personal and not transferable.  

6.9.2 cannot be combined with Points from another account.  

6.9.3 are not redeemable for cash or any other form of currency or credit.  

6.9.4 cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or replaced for cash and has no cash value.   

6.10 We reserve the right to monitor your Account for fraud prevention and account maintenance reasons. We may adjust your Account Points total if checks reveal errors, inaccuracies, or non-compliance with this Agreement. Discrepancies in Points should be reported within 30 days.   

6.11 Once a Reward has been redeemed or ordered, your Points balance will be reduced by the required number of Points. Points re-credit or refund is limited to the provisions of this Agreement.   

6.12 Accounts not meeting the criteria as laid out in section 4 will be closed after the sponsoring scheme ceases. Points in the account at the time of closure will expire. Members may create a new account, but points from the previous scheme will be void.   

6.13 If your local authority or water company discontinues participation in the Programme, we will no longer be able to credit Points for recyclables collected or water saved from your property. However, you may continue to earn Points through other eligible activities.  

7. Rewards

7.1 The Rewards are made available as a benefit of your Greenredeem Membership and are provided by the relevant Rewards Partners.   

7.2 Rewards may only be redeemed in a Reward Partner’s shop, business, or service by a Greenredeem Member, and may not be gifted to any other person. Any attempt to re-sell rewards by any means will constitute a breach of the terms of this agreement under section 5.4.   

7.3 You may redeem Points for Rewards through our Site, or our Smartphone Apps.   

7.4 Rewards are, at all times, offered on the basis that they are:  

7.4.1 Subject to availability and/or eligibility requirements;  

7.4.2 Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement;  

7.4.3 Subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Reward Partner; and  

7.4.4 May be subject to change without notice to you.   

7.5 The terms and conditions offered by our Reward Partners are separate and distinct from this Agreement and may create a binding relationship with the relevant Reward Partner. It is your sole responsibility to confirm a full understanding of such terms and conditions before redeeming Points for any Reward, including your ability to comply with the terms or requirements of a Reward Partner, as we are unable to accept liability for costs or losses incurred due to non-compliance.   

7.6 If a Rewards Partner refuses to honour a Reward for any reason (other than suspicion of your theft, fraud or where you have failed to comply with eligibility criteria or section 4 of this Agreement), our sole responsibility will be to credit your account for the amount of Points that were to be redeemed for the Reward.   

7.7 Once a Reward has been ordered or redeemed, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant Reward Partner and acknowledge that Greenredeem has no liability to you in relation to the provision or non-provision of any Reward. So that we may monitor the experiences of Account holders, you agree to notify us promptly of any discrepancy of the Reward delivered or provided or on non-receipt of the same by a Reward Provider. Failure to notify us promptly will result in us being unable to investigate the matter.   

7.8 We are not responsible for the replacement of Rewards that are not received because you failed to provide accurate delivery information, including address and full name. In the event Greenredeem and the relevant Reward Partner allow you to re-book any Reward offered, you agree to meet any charges, costs or expenses associated with any re-delivery offered.  


8. Prize Draw and Scratchcards

The Prize Draw and Scratchcard activities (collectively referred to as the “Activities”) are operated by Greenredeem Limited (“Greenredeem”) (Company Number: 6864993), with its registered office at 5 Bradfield Court, Milton Road, Drayton, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4EF. Greenredeem is the promoter of these Activities.  

8.1 The Activities are open exclusively to Greenredeem members. Participation involves automatic entry into the Activities, subject to these terms and conditions.  

8.2 Members are automatically entered into the Activities by engaging with Greenredeem’s platform. Winners are selected at random for both daily prizes and specific rewards, such as bonus points. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw or participate in the Scratchcards.  

8.3 Winning members and their prizes will be announced on the Greenredeem website. A list of winners will be maintained on the website for a specified period. 

8.4 Prize details will be available on Greenredeem’s website. Prizes are awarded at Greenredeem’s discretion and may be subject to change. Efforts will be made to provide prizes of equivalent value in case of any change.  

8.5 Greenredeem reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Activities at any time without notice.  

8.6 Employees, directors, agents of Greenredeem, their family members, or anyone professionally connected with Greenredeem are not eligible to enter.  

8.7 Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of mainland United Kingdom. Entries from underaged individuals or non-residents will be deemed invalid.  

8.8 Winners are chosen randomly following a draw performed by an independent adjudicator to ensure fairness and transparency. Entrants can win only once per month; subsequent wins will be re-drawn.  

8.9 Winners will be notified via email. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe or does not meet eligibility criteria, the prize may be forfeited.  

8.10 Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Greenredeem is not responsible for any costs associated with prize use.  

8.11 Greenredeem will endeavour to contact winners a maximum of three times within 14 days following the draw. If contact is unsuccessful, the prize will expire, and the winner will no longer be eligible.  

8.12 Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities related to the Activities, granting Greenredeem rights to use their name, image, and likeness for advertising without additional compensation.  

8.13 Greenredeem accepts no liability for any damages or losses incurred as a result of participation in the Activities, except in cases of negligence leading to personal injury or death.  

8.14 We encourage responsible participation in the Activities. If you or someone you know needs help with gambling-related issues, please visit GamCare or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.  

8.15 The Activities and terms are governed by English law, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.  

8.16 Greenredeem reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Activities due to external circumstances beyond its control.  

For any complaints related to the Activities, please contact our Customer Care department via email at customercare@greenredeem.co.uk.  We aim to address all complaints within 10 working days.  

 

9. Spin the Wheel’ Feature

9.1 The ‘spin the wheel’ feature is available exclusively to members who are 18 years of age or older and who have completed the weekly Quests. Greenredeem reserves the right to verify the age and membership status of any participant.  

9.2 Each member is entitled to one spin for every completed set of weekly Quests.  

-Wheel spins cannot be purchased or redeemed by any other method.  

-Spins do not need to be used immediately upon award but will expire six (6) months from the date the associated Quest was completed.  
 

9.3 The wheel consists of 10 segments with the following distribution:  

  • 1 segment offers 1/2 Eco-bit (odds of 1 in 20)  
  • 2 segments offer 1/4 Eco-bit (odds of 2 in 20)  
  • 2 segments offer GR Points (odds of 4 in 20)  
  • 2 segments offer an additional spin (odds of 4 in 20)  
  • 3 segments offer no prize (odds of 9 in 20)  

9.4 Eco-bits may be accumulated, with 5 Eco-bits being redeemable for a full-value gift voucher, subject to availability.  

9.5 Eco-bits will expire six (6) months after being won if not redeemed against a voucher.  

9.6 The gift vouchers offered by Greenredeem are subject to availability and may change at the company’s discretion.  

9.7 Once Eco-bits have been redeemed for a voucher, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for other rewards. 

9.8 Greenredeem reserves the right to modify or terminate the ‘spin the wheel’ feature at any time without prior notice.  

9.9 By participating in the ‘spin the wheel’ feature, members agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions outlined in section 9  

 

10. National and School Donations programmes

By donating points to a project, you are accepting these terms and conditions.

Only charities that have been successfully approved by Greenredeem will be entered into the National charity donations scheme.   

For any correspondence regarding the selection of projects into the National charity donations scheme, please address it to: The Charity Department, Greenredeem, 5 Bradfield Court, Drayton Road, Milton, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4EF.  

10.1 Members may donate any available points in their points balance at any time on the Greenredeem website. Once points are donated, they may not be refunded. 

10.2 Upon donation, points will be credited to the total of a specific charity. The number of points donated to each specific charity will be displayed on the website, in descending order.  

10.3 A cash grant will be awarded to the charity with the highest point total at the end of each two-month donation period. The subsequent donation periods close at 23:59:59 on the last day of every second month, and so on. The cash grant is not transferable.  

10.4 Points donated to charities not winning a grant will carry over to subsequent two-month periods, affecting their position in the league table, until such a time they secure a grant in line with the rules set forth above.  

10.5 Should your charity be successful in receiving its grant, the Promoter may request your participation in promotional activities, including photographs.  

 

11. Using the Programme

11.1 By entering into this Agreement, you confirm that you can enter into this Agreement without restriction, all Member Content provided is original to you, and your Member Content does not infringe any third party’s rights.   

11.2 You agree to be responsible for your own use of the Site, for any Member Content you provide, and the consequences of the same, and to use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.   

11.3 You agree not to:  

11.3.1 Post any private information, or otherwise collect or disclose information, about another member or any other person without his or her express consent.  

11.3.2 Post any content to the Site that is unlawful, racist, hateful, libellous, defamatory, obscene, or that intentionally discriminates against or harasses individuals or groups.  

11.3.3 Post any content to the Site that infringes any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.  

11.3.4 Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.  

11.3.5 Use the Site for advertisements, chain letters, spam, junk mail or solicitations.  

11.3.6 Take any action that imposes an unreasonable burden on the Site’s server.  

11.3.7 Use the Site for promotional or commercial purposes.  

11.3.8 Use any means to interfere with the proper working of the Site.  

11.3.9 Take any other action or fail to take any action that results in any improper use of the Site or violation of this Agreement, as we shall determine in our sole discretion.  

 

12. Our Site and Member Content  

12.1 By uploading Member Content, you allow us and our authorised partners to use, reproduce, distribute, share, and amend the Member Content throughout the Site, the website of our authorised partners, and any other interactive services we might make available in future.   

12.2 Other members have the non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable right to view the Member Content provided by you through the Site.   

12.3 Third-Party Content made available on or through the Site is provided by third parties and does not indicate any approval or endorsement by us. We are not responsible for Third Party Content or the act of using such content.   

12.4 The Site contains links to third-party websites, including websites operated by Reward Partners or social network websites. We do not control the content and/or policies of these External Sites.   

12.5 We are unable to accept responsibility or liability for any claims, loss or costs incurred by you as a result of any information or content on External Sites. You are advised to verify the accuracy of any claims or statements made on External Sites or through Third Party Content.  

13. Privacy and Personal Data 

13.1 Our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR, forms a part of this Agreement. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy as it outlines how we handle your personal data.   

13.2 By using our Site and services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with GDPR.  

 

14. Liability   

14.1 We commit to delivering the Programme or Scheme with due care and skill. However, we do not guarantee any minimum level of Points or Rewards.   

14.2 While we aim to limit our liability in accordance with applicable laws, this does not include liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, nor for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.   

14.3 Our total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Points or Rewards you have accumulated in your account at the time of such claim.   

14.4 As we are acting solely as an intermediary between you and our Reward Partners, we are unable to accept liability in any format:  

14.4.1 for any loss of revenue, business, anticipated savings or profits 

14.4.2 for any indirect claims or other claims arising through non-supply or late supply of any Reward, failure to credit Points, or other non-performance of this Agreement or otherwise;  

14.4.3 any termination or cancellation of this Agreement, the Programme or your Account;  

14.4.4 for any actions or failures of our Reward Partners, local authorities, water companies, or sponsoring partners to provide services contracted directly between you, or to notify Greenredeem of the information we need to accurately credit Points to your Account;  

14.4.5 for any failure by you to comply with the terms of this Agreement or any conditions or requirements specified by our Reward Partners.   

14.5 Whilst we take every care to develop our Smartphone App for your use, we are unable to accept any liability for your use of the Smartphone App (other than as intended) or in connection with damage caused to your handset by you or a Reward Partner when a Reward is being redeemed.  

   

15. Ending the Agreement  

15.1 You may terminate this Agreement and close your Account at any time. However, any accumulated Points will be forfeited upon account closure.   

15.2 We may close your Account and cancel this Agreement where you have failed to comply with your obligations, acted abusively or contrary to our values, or deceptively participated in the Programme.   

15.3 Upon cancellation, all Points held in your Account will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to redeem Rewards with these at any future time.  

15.4 Consequences of cancelling: 

15.4.1 You cancel:  

Before you cancel, you should check whether you have any Rewards ordered or Points available. Any Points held in your Account at the time your Account is cancelled will be permanently forfeited and you will not be entitled to redeem Rewards with these Points at any future time (even if you open another Account). Please note that our Reward Partners may require you to be an active Greenredeem Member at the time your Reward is collected.  

15.4.2 We cancel:  

Where we cancel this Agreement, you acknowledge that you will not be able to receive or redeem any further Points or Rewards. Any Points held in your Account at the time we cancel will be permanently forfeited and you will not be entitled to redeem Rewards with these at any future time (even if you open another Account). Your Greenredeem Membership and any affiliated Accounts may also be cancelled.  

15.4.3 Please note that our Reward Partners may require that your Account is open and valid at the time your Reward is claimed and/or delivered/experienced (as applicable). Please bear this in mind before cancelling as we cannot be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by you.    

16. Moving House 

16.1 If you participate in the Waste and Recycling Programme or Water Efficiency Programme and are about to move house, please update your contact details via the Site to ensure Points are accurately credited to your Account.  

16.2 We reserve the right to adjust your Account accordingly if Points are credited for items after you have ceased to reside at the registered property.  

 

17. Other Important Terms   

17.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement to another organisation without notice, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations.   

17.2 In the event of circumstances beyond our control affecting our ability to provide the Programme or Scheme, we will try to reduce the effect on your ability to collect Points. If these circumstances continue for an extended period, we may need to terminate this Agreement.   

17.3 This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, forms the entire contract between you and us, excluding any other marketing materials or discussions prior to this Agreement.   

17.4 No other person shall have any rights to enforce any terms of this Agreement.   

17.5 We may update this Agreement to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on our Site and notified to you by e-mail, taking effect 30 days after notification.   

17.6 If any part of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect. Any waiver of our rights under this Agreement will only be effective if made in writing.   

17.7 This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England & Wales and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.  

 

Greenredeem reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, at that time we will communicate this to all members via email to update them on the latest changes to our terms and conditions.
