    Data Security

We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of your data through robust technical and organisational measures. Our platform incorporates industry-standard security features, including:

    • Authentication & Access Control – To protect your account and data users must create a strong password which is: 8 characters minimum, contain 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 Number and 1 special character. All users have the option to enhance their account by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from inside their account. Some accounts will have 2FA as standard, in which you must enable a 2FA connection to access the platform.
    • Penetration Testing & Continuous Monitoring – we conduct annual third-party penetration testing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities, ensuring our platform meets the latest cybersecurity standards. Additionally, our built-in security scanner continuously monitors for new vulnerabilities, ensuring new features are secure before deployment.
    • Single Sign-On (SSO) – clients using Microsoft or Google can enable SSO, allowing users to log in with their existing corporate credentials, enhancing security and simplifying access.

We continuously enhance our security framework to safeguard user data. If you have any concerns about account security, please contact us immediately.

    Member Access to Information

Members may at any time request a copy of all the information held regarding their relationship with Greenredeem as an account holder. Requests will be fulfilled within 1 calendar month and are free of charge.

Retention of Data Following Cessation of Membership

When a member opts to close their account, all transactional data relating to that account will be stored but anonymised in such a way that it can no longer be attributed to the member that generated the transactions. This transactional information will then be stored in an anonymised state for 3 years, upon which the future storage of deleted member data will be reviewed.
